Fun, friendship and wellbeing.
Asha’s Women’s Club supports asylum seeker and refugee women through weekly safe gatherings.
These confidence-boosting sessions are designed to increase self-esteem and raise aspirations.
Women are encouraged to share skills, get creative and make new friends.
The wide variety of activities we facilitate include: sewing and knitting, dance, music, art, pottery, yoga, and walking. We also organise trips.
Our professional staff are also here to offer one-to-one emotional support and stress-reduction sessions.
Our ultimate aim is to encourage friendship, promote mental wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
Women’s Club is on Saturday mornings
10:00am – 1:00pm
