Client Access to Rights and Essentials (CARE)
CARE Project West Midlands – in association with Refugee Action – provides destitute people who are seeking asylum with the expert advice and casework they need to access Home Office support.

Are you having difficulty applying for Home Office housing and support?
Have you applied for Section 98, Section 95, Sect4, Schedule 10 housing and support from the Home Office, but your application has been refused?
Are you receiving Section 98, Section 95, Sect 4, Schedule 10 housing and support and have received a letter from Home Office telling you that your support is going to end, or asking you for more details about why you believe your support should continue?
If so, the CARE Project West Midlands at Refugee Action may be able to help you.
We will be having outreach at Asha every other Thursday, starting on 3rd April 2025, from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
